I did it!

I finished my triathlon in one hour and 37 minutes! It was harder than I thought but it was super cool! I loved training for it. It was so good for me to have something to do and think about while my husband is at school. It was really fun to do the tri with one of my friends who was also a first timer. It was just nice to have somebody to stand beside me and and talk to about our nerves or frustrations. I totally plan on doing another one as soon as I can. I just need a road bike now! So here is me and my friend before we started. I was wasted after it was over. I could barely carry my bag to the car!
Another fun thing me and Mark did right after Thanksgiving was go to a Cardinals game. We bought the tickets a long time ago. Before we knew that they weren't gonna be very good. But it was a ton of fun. By far the funnest game I have ever been too. The fans were hilarious and we saw two fights!James finished up his soccer season. He scored four goals his last game! I think it took him the whole season to figure out how to steal the ball and go score. Almost the whole season he just wanted to guard the goal so it was fun to see him do so well! He is totally better than me now and scores on me all the time when we play!

So the verdict is in. My husband is going to go to Florida on his first clinical rotation. He will be there for six months. I do not think that I will follow him there. If he was going to be staying there longer I think I would pack the kids up and go with him but I think I am going to pack up all our stuff and put it in a storage unit down here and then go and live with my mom while he is gone and then come back down here and live while he finishes the last of his rotations. I know it sounds kind of crazy! But it seems like the best option right now for our family.
